Damika is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in banking, insurance and finance. With over 20 years of experience, Damika understands the importance of fiscal responsibility in financial operations.

Damika holds a Bachelors in Finance from Illinois State University and a Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from DeVry's Keller Graduate School of Management. She has extensive experience in financial reporting, budget planning, audit preparation, cash flow management, insurance planning, and QuickBooks Online.
